Terms of Service

Assets.ge is a personal portfolio and net-worth tracking tool. It lets you record assets and liabilities you tell us about, organize them into one or more portfolios, and view calculated summaries such as net worth, asset allocation, and debt schedules.

Assets.ge is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, custodian, payment institution, or insurer. We do not hold your money or securities, do not execute trades, and do not verify the accuracy of values you or third-party rate sources provide. Exchange rates, market prices, and calculator outputs are estimates for informational purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@assets.ge if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You represent that you are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not listed on any applicable sanctions or restricted-party list. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe this representation is inaccurate or where use of the Service would violate applicable sanctions or export-control law.

Assets.ge offers a free tier and one or more paid "Pro" subscription tiers with additional features. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Flitt; we do not store your full card details. Prices are shown before purchase and may change for future billing cycles with at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app notification; changes will not apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for, and you may cancel before a price change takes effect.

Refunds, cancellations, and how to stop a renewal are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, portfolio, or data.
• Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service's source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through automated bots, excessive requests, or attempts to bypass rate or usage limits.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or manipulated referral or invitation activity to abuse the referral or influencer program.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Use the Service to build a competing product using data or access obtained through your account.

You retain ownership of the financial data and content you enter into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service to you and, where you configure portfolio sharing, to the members you invite. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not sell it.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Assets.ge calculates outputs (net worth, allocation, debt schedules, and similar figures) directly from that data and does not independently verify it.

The optional AI assistant available to Pro users generates responses based on your portfolio data using third-party AI models. AI-generated output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, and is provided for general informational and organizational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any financial decision. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial, investment, tax, or legal decisions. See our Privacy Policy for how AI-related data is handled.

If we offer a referral or influencer program, participation is subject to the specific program terms presented to you at signup, in addition to these Terms. We may withhold, adjust, or claw back rewards or commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, self-referral, or violation of the program terms.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the "Assets.ge" name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service as intended, these Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property.

The Service relies on and may link to third-party services, including our authentication, payment, analytics, and AI infrastructure providers, as well as third-party exchange-rate sources such as the National Bank of Georgia. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT CALCULATOR OUTPUTS, EXCHANGE RATES, OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. NOTHING ON THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, ACCOUNTING, OR LEGAL ADVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ASSETS.GE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR FINANCIAL OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) 100 GEL. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold Assets.ge harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or Your Content.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination - including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, General Provisions, and Governing Law and Disputes - will survive.

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including outages or failures of our infrastructure or subprocessor providers (such as Supabase, Flitt, PostHog, OpenAI, or Google), internet or power outages, natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, or labor disputes.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Notices to you may be given by email, in-app notification, or posting on the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
